Prices are our monthly fee. On top comes your Meta budget (recommended minimum €300/mo) which goes directly to Facebook — that money we never touch.

Your Meta budget goes straight to Facebook. Not us.

Most agencies don't say this, but it matters: the money you spend on the ads themselves is separate from our fee. You pay it with your card directly to Meta. We don't touch that money.

Why does that matter? First, transparency — you see exactly where what goes. Second, if you go elsewhere, you don't need to change cards or open anything new. Third, no one can "take a cut" from your budget.

What exactly does "1 service" mean?

If a dentist wants to promote only "tartar removal" — that's one service. If a hairdresser wants only "balayage" — that's one service. If an auto-shop wants only "oil change" — that's one service. More services means more attention to different campaigns, different creatives, different audiences. That's why the price grows.

What do I get for the €149 trial?

€149 covers admin and setup costs — it's not our profit. We do everything else: business analysis, Meta account setup, first creatives, launching the first campaign. The goal of the first 30 days is for the first real customers to walk into your business. After that, you pick one of the three plans above.

What if I'm not happy after 30 days?

We part ways without fuss. No penalties. No "30-day notice". The €149 stays with us (it covered admin), but you owe nothing else. Account, pixel, creatives, data — all stays yours, so you can go to another agency if you want.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, anytime. From "1 service" to "3 services", from "3 services" to "3 + landing", or in reverse. Change applies from next month. No penalties, no paperwork.

Are prices VAT-inclusive?

Prices are VAT-exclusive. VAT applies to Serbian companies registered in the VAT system. If you're not in the VAT system — you only pay the listed price.

How do I pay?

Our fee — by invoice, monthly, in advance. Meta budget — your card directly to Meta. We help you set up the card, but you control daily spend.

What if I want more than 3 services or multiple brands?

That's the Enterprise plan (€2899/month): multiple brands or locations under one umbrella, up to 5 landing pages, dedicated account manager, priority support. If even that isn't enough, we talk full custom.

Are there hidden costs?

No. Our fee + your Meta budget. That's all. If you want things outside the plan (extra landing page, extra creatives over the limit), we agree separately and upfront. No "surprises on the invoice".
